PILATES INSTRUCTOR
TEERAPONG
Teerapong is a certified mat and reformer Pilates instructor with Pilates Academy International (USA), but his journey into Pilates wasn’t exactly planned. After over a decade of yoga and countless hours slouched in front of a screen as a techie, he found himself teetering on the edge of a full-blown “grumpy old man” posture — hunched back, tight hips, and the mobility of Windows 95. Then came Pilates, like a much needed macOS upgrade, rebooting his core and realigning his posture. Now he helps others build strong foundations, master the basics, and move better — whether that means standing taller (he swears he’s grown 2cm), improving flexibility, or just surviving class without making too many questionable noises. His classes are simple, effective, and fun (with just the right amount of friendly torture). Whether you’re looking to fix your posture, get stronger (or grow taller), Teerapong has your back (quite literally).
